Ingestion Points

Ingestion Points are where Sturdy gathers conversations: email inboxes, support user accounts, or chat system accounts. For example, one email inbox and one Zendesk account would be considered two ingestion points.

Included Volume
Speak to sales

Your included volume is the number of conversations gathered by Sturdy each month. We do not shut off an account if it exceeds its included volume, but we may ask you to upgrade if your volume consistently exceeds its threshold.


Integrations are the systems you choose to have Sturdy to capture and analyze for you. We integrate with CRM systems, Ticketing Systems, Chat, Slack, and Gong.

Notification bots

Our bots automate the delivery of data to other people and systems. You can create bots using any data set from any connected system. For example, if you want an alert in Slack to fire any time a customer worth more than 100k per year has an issue, you can do that.

Data User Interface

Gain a deep understanding of different risks and opportunities in your customer base at a glance. Intuitive dashboards allow you to easily segment your customer base based on specific behaviors and then filter results with native fields from your CRM.
